Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Abbie Jones Horticulture, we aim to provide high-quality horticultural services, including garden design, planting, and specialist pruning. We believe in clarity and fairness, so we've outlined our policy regarding cancellations and refunds below.

1. Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will not incur any charges.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover time and preparation costs.

  • Same-day cancellations may result in the full service fee being charged.

2. Refunds for Services

As we provide tailored, time-based services, refunds are generally not offered once a service has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with our clients to ensure expectations are met.

3. Deposits 

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled work.

  • Deposits cancelled earlier than 48 hours in advance may be refunded at our discretion.
